Ministry Update June 6 2021

June 6, 2021

Dino Costanzo

Dear Partners,

Everything is moving along with the ministry, In July, Daniel is going back to Samburu land and a CEF Rally is planned. Daniel will be traveling with a number of pastors to Laisamis in Marsabit County at the border of Ethiopia and Kenya. The CEF Rally will take place in this same general area.

Here in the States, we will be hosting the Second Annual Dominic Costanzo Vintage Shoot at the Milford Gun Club and the Second Annual Dominic Costanzo Sporting Clays event at the Sycamore Sportsmen Club this summer. Both shoots benefit Resourcing Ministry Partners in the Cincinnati Area. Both events raised over $20,000 for the ministry last year.

I do need to make our partners aware that we are running short on funds for Wadada, CEF, and Church builds. Our operational need for the Wadada Ministry is $65,000. This year's funding is falling short at $50,000. We have exhausted our Wadada funding with the latest transfer for June. This does include donations given at the end of 2020. We have also exhausted the CEF funding for this year, as well as the money set aside for church builds. We expect some donations to trickle in throughout the summer months. Some of the proceeds from the Shooting events will go towards Church Builds. However, most of the proceeds are earmarked as support for Daniel and the Pastors. We recognize that growth may, at some point, outgrow giving, but we have always trusted the Lord will supply needs as they occur. While our intentions have never been to ask, as we trust the Lord is in control of this, we felt an obligation to make everyone aware of the current situation and that our giving will have to be proportional to donations received. Overall costs for Pastors, teachers, Wadada, and CEF are currently running in the neighborhood of $250,000 annually. This figure does not include any building funds or emergency needs. I don't know that any of you, including our founders, ever envisioned the explosive growth that has happened over the last 18-24 months, especially during a supposed worldwide pandemic. But this Ministry has grown by the Grace of God and we are thankful that you have been able to be a part of that.

I am sorry that I have not included any scripture or thoughts about current events happening in the world, but hope to follow up shortly with some gleaning. I wanted to get this out quickly as we are running into financial hardship and I felt everyone should be aware of our situation.Yours in Christ,Dino Costanzo

Ministry Update - April 16, 2021

Dear Partners,

Everything has been proceeding as well as could be expected. We have had no major issues over the past month. All contact with our Kenyan Partners have produced no major concerns.
As our church growth has far exceeded our expectations, the only major concern is the monthly support for our pastors and families. The individual needs and expenses for them, as well as the children we support through Wadada, are now running close to $200,000USD annually. We do what we can and have been blessed to cover these expenses each year. Our brothers and sisters abroad are extremely thankful for all we have been able to do financially, but also recognize it could suddenly end. They do work towards self sustaining churches, but the areas our churches are located in are, for the most part, very isolated areas. This makes self-sufficiency very difficult.
A new need has arisen in the Samburu region. Daniel has started new schools at six of the church locations. The salaries run $100USD a month per teacher, amounting to $600USD monthly. After prayer and discussion, we have decided to meet this monthly need as long as we can. Education is a big part of Daniel's ministry and we will support this need for as long as we can.
Church growth has been explosive this past year and we continue to do all we can to encourage things financially. As always, we are thankful for the support from everyone! The intention of these ministry updates is to keep you in the loop as to how things are progressing. If you feel the calling to help out, that is great!!!!
Due to the whole Covid thing, we are entertaining the idea of travel this year but are doubtful it will occur. Our hope is to send Ken and a few others to Kenya in 2022. We will keep you posted on any progress in this area.
Brothers and Sisters, I pray that you continue in prayer and scripture reading. The times we are in are unprecedented in scope. I know that the church has always been under siege since its inception, but it seems to be worse than ever. We can take solace in the fact the church seems to expand during persecuted times. I do believe we are reaching that point in time where the fullness of the Gentiles is coming to its conclusion. This is all the more reason for us to press forward with everything we have in us towards the prize Paul talked about in 1Corinthians, 9:24-27.
I highly recommend to all of you to look into what C.S. Lewis, A.W Tozer, and Randy Alcorn have to say about our eternal home, it will be an encouragement to you.
Yours in Christ,Dino Costanzo

The Holy Spirit was moving powerfully through the Pastoral Meeting. Photo taken by Bishop Osoi on his cellphone!

Dear Partners,
First, attached is a photo taken by Bishop Daniel Osoi on his cell phone. It is the ILS Summit showing how the Holy Spirit was moving powerfully through the pastoral meeting.
Second, a note from Bishop Osoi, outlining the procedure for choosing new pastors.

Thank you for your continued support!

Yours in Christ,Dino Costanzo

Greetings in the mighty and powerful name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Hope this mail finds you well. Thank God for giving us life. We are fine and doing well in the Lord. The ministry is doing well, we are growing day by day by the Grace of the Lord.

We have just finished the ILS summit of pastors which ended very powerfully this Friday, with pastors of all denominations from across the county. We have built churches: Magadi, Nkureta, Oloomurua, Imparua in Purko and Oolunga in Narok County. Thanks for the donation from Resourcing Ministry Partners. May almighty God continue blessing you and all our partners.
The criteria we follow to elect new pastors is as follows: From those evangelists who are assisting their pastors and have gone for training, we make selections and forward their names to regions prior to the national Barasa. After the regional selection, their names are given to the Barasa and they are then given permission to come to the main Barasa to be vetted and their testimony is given from leaders of the region they come from. From there, the executive committee of the Reverends give a go-ahead for the pastors to attend the Barasa after the executive board meeting.
May almighty God keep all as we fulfill the calling before the return of the King!
In Christ

Thank you for your continued support. Yours in Christ,Dino Costanzo

Ministry Update - February 26, 2021

Dear Partners,
This is an update on things that have been going on, since the beginning of the year 2021.
Church builds are going along as well as could be expected through out our whole outreach area. As we communicated last fall, opportunities had opened up for the ministry and we made a commitment to release most of the funding we had to take advantage of the doors being opened up to our brothers and sisters in Africa by the Holy Spirit. We have sent along some of the pictures of the church builds and we will send some others as we get more pictures, but the actual pictures of the church builds, all kind of look similar, so we usually just send a couple for you to see. You can always go to the website to see more details. We have some emergency funding for church builds, but we spent close to 100,000 for church builds over the past year and have little funding left.
We are sending another 6,000 dollars to finish the cistern for the children's home. This will exhaust the funding for the children's home from our end. The building has come a long way, but is still in need of some finishing expenses.
We are also sending the funding for a CEF Rally for Maasai Children in Ngatatack this April. The funding for this is 7,655 US. They want to do another one later this year, but as of now, we only have the resources for this current Rally.
We had a couple of medical emergencies this past and current year, the most significant being a snake bite which total costs reached over 2,000 US. The snake bite patient is doing well and we have included a picture, although a little blurry. We have always kept some emergency funds for such things as this, but have spent several thousand this last year on emergency issues.
It was a blessing that we received enough support to buy the wheel chair, requested in an earlier email! We are thrilled to have the funding to be able to cover what we have been able to this past year and thank all of our partners for your ongoing support. I am just updating you here to let you know, that we are getting near the end of what we can do with what we have in funding. The goal of the ministry is to do what we can, when we can.
Our partners in Maasai Land are always asking for help and we do our best to fund or pass on projects we prayerfully deem to be of value for the Glory of our Lord. Currently they have needs for all of the above mentioned projects.

There is also a need for teacher training to spread the Gospel into the slum areas of Kenya. Mary, one of the CEF teachers is involved in this and the training costs for 25 teachers is around 1,200 US. We do not currently have the funds to direct towards this, but if you feel led to help with this we feel it is a worthy project.

The goal of Resourcing Ministries Partners has always been to be a financial supporter of the work the Holy Spirit through our indigenous ministries. We do not come up with the direction, they tell us their needs and we fund or pass on the needs to the partners. I am sure when you think about it, it is certainly a very inspired way to do this. It also works great in that it takes little expense to actually manage, which means virtually 100% of the money goes to the Lord and his work.
With the technological capabilities of the 21st century, there is a lot we could do stateside on the internet at no cost. What I mean, we can expand our internet outreach to our partners with other Christian Resourcing. This could and can be in the form of prayer requests, informational and informative articles, reports, projects, research papers, etc. If any partner has any ideas that they feel inspired about, feel free to reach out to us. We have been toying with a variety of ideas in which to enhance our abilities on our website. This costs the ministry nothing and we do feel a calling to expand this type of outreach in some form. We just haven't figured it out yet, so thought we would put it out to our partners for some feed back.
I have been spending some time really trying to get my relationship closer to my Creator and Redeemer and want to leave you with the importance of what the Bible is about, it is about him and we sometimes forget that. The majority of us spend such little time gleaning the truth that is found in this living source, the greatest of all sources for the truth. Not being judgmental, just stating the obvious. So many people try to find error in the truth and that causes many problems. Jesus is very telling about the scriptures, he quotes them consistently as truth, and Luke 24:27, John 5:39-40, 5:45-46 make it very clear what Jesus felt about the emphasis of scripture. It is about Him!! And who can forget the beginning of John's Gospel: In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God and the Word was God. Pretty simple, but also very complex! What a Great Father we have!
Yours in Christ,Dino Costanzo

Ministry Update February 4, 2021

Dear Partners,

You should be receiving in short order, your year end giving statements. Please let us know if there are any problems with what you receive and if for some reason you do not receive it. Just to let you know, if you don't, the CARES ACT gives you the ability to deduct 300 dollars for non profit charity donations over and above the standard deduction.

We in recent days sent money for the construction of 5 more church buildings and also money for the continued construction of the children's home and a well to be used. We have enough income to pay for pastor expenses and children home expenses for the balance of the year, with a small amount kept back for any emergency situation that may arise.

We also have sent some emergency first aid funds for a snake bite and some other minor issues.

Depending on our contributions this year, will dictate what more we can actually do in the building of churches, as well as finishing the Children's Home and Administration Building. In the mean time we are so thankful for what we have been able to accomplish with your financial contributions over the past year and former years for that matter.

I personally have been spending a lot of time in prayer for some friends of mine, who are struggling with some daunting health issues. I have seen some miracles and have also experienced some set backs. I know all of you experience the same things that I do, it can be so joyful, but also so humbling. I am reminded of the classic scriptures for such times- Romans 8:28-And we know all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are called according to his purpose, and Habakkuk 2:4- Behold his soul which is lifted up is not upright him: but the just shall live by his faith.

Brothers and sisters, continue to strengthen yourselves by spending time, in the word, prayer and with time together with our fellow Christians.

Always remember, regardless where we find ourselves, we are in a multi-dimensional war that has been being waged for at least 6,000 years. The Lord does bless us through the hard times, but unfortunately, hard times have persisted since the fall that happened in the long long ago. Praise be to our God and Savior Jesus Christ as he has made a way for us and what a glorious blessing that is.

We will continue to update you, as we get information and any photos and videos that come to us. Our website is updated as we get information as well

Yours in Christ,

Dino Costanzo

Ministry Update 12/21/2020

Dear Partners,

Here is a small album of recent photos from different regions of our outreach in Africa. There is a wedding ceremony in Tanzania, a pastors meeting in Bissell, and a group of pastors meeting to discuss important issues. The CEF and Missions trip to Samburu land will take place the last week of December. The Holy Spirit is moving through out the regions of our ministry and many are on fire for the Lord! The outreach of the ministry has been incredible this year. What a blessing, considering the nightmare this year has been in so many parts of the world. We look forward to advancing the Gospel in 2021!!! Ministry Update - December 11, 2020

Dear Partners,

As we move towards the Celebration of the Birth of our Savior, I pray that the Holy Spirit strengthens and protects all of you in these very uncertain times. I can tell you that I have prayed and studied daily, searching for answers. I don't have a whole lot to share at present, but will give you what I have.
I don't think the majority of us have ever been through anything like this year and as rough as it has been, I take consolation in the fact that through our Christian History our fellow brothers and sisters have suffered much for Christ's sake. In the present times, our fellow Christians suffer much in many countries associated with the 10/40 Window. The flip side to this, is we have been blessed so much in this country which has enabled us to be the givers, helping the movement for the last 100 years or so, unlike any other nation.
So, the question becomes: where are we headed and what do we do? We all know that the regathering of Israel within her borders and Jerusalem being reunited to the Jews is very significant in God's time table (Between 1948 and 1967). From there we have had a lot happen. No doubt knowledge has increased and, even with Covid, many are running to and fro (Daniel 12:4). Many of Jesus' prophecies, found in Matthew 24, Mark 13, and Luke 21, have or are being fulfilled. The Gospel is reaching the ends of the earth, (Matthew 28 and the whole book of Acts). There are hints the world is heading for a special mark to enable us to buy and sell (CryptoCurrency). There are also hints that things may change for the better for all of the world in short order, a prosperity like the world has never seen. (Matthew 24:37-38)
Will there be a new and great Babylon rise again? Sodom tried it. Now, with growing peace in the Middle East, will this give rise to the great Babylon, one last time or is Mystery Babylon somewhere or something else.(Revelation 17-18)? And what about the rebuilding of the Third Temple on the most Holy piece of real estate in all of the Earth? Are we nearing that reality?
We are seeing more and more Jews accepting Jesus as the Messiah. We are seeing Muslims have supernatural conversions to the Lord. The underground Church is prospering in the 10/40 window and look at the growth our Ministry is having in African Nomadic areas. At the same time, we are seeing the rise of Atheism unlike anything we have ever seen and a growing disdain for Christianity worldwide.
We have had an election in this country where we have no idea what actually happened. Whether or not you like Donald Trump, no President in our lifetime has stood behind Israel like he has and he has been unwaveringly Pro-Life. These are two monumental subjects in God's eye. But if you talk to half the people of this Nation, you would think he is the Devil. That figure could be inaccurate, it may be 40% or 60%, depending what election results you want to believe or what news or social media you are watching.
I have spent countless hours and days since March, studying and praying, hoping for some clarity. Some days it seems the Holy Spirit gives me some clarity, other days it seems like the evil minions get in my way. It makes one wonder about what our frontline Pastors go through in the areas they minister. We are in a Battle, a Spiritual War that will go on until the Lord comes. It is very exciting and very frustrating. I hate to say it, but that is the best I have for now.
We have sent close to 100,000 US dollars to our African Missions over the last three months for Wadada, CEF, and new Church builds. From the reports I have received from Bill and Ken, our African Mission Work is on Fire for the Lord, growing almost beyond what we can keep up with. Brothers and Sisters, this is very encouraging news, considering what has happened over this past year.
Daniel, Nelly, and many of our Pastors are preparing for another trip to Samburu Land the last week of December. Nelly will be hosting a CEF Rally that will be attended by 800-1000 children, from what we have been told. Daniel and Pastors will be working with new teachers and Pastors in the region, as well as beginning two new church builds.
There are multiple church builds going on currently in Kenya and those are on schedule. We are still working on finishing the Administration Building and the Children's Home. We have essentially run out of funding for both of those projects, needing 40-60,000 USD to complete these projects. We have also exhausted any extra funding for new church builds. The money that we currently have, approximately 100,000 US, will cover Daniel, Nelly, Pastor expenses and Wadada normal expenses thru 2021, plus emergency funding. As I have noted in earlier updates, I would love to have a larger buffer, but the needs were too important and exciting to not step out in faith. The good news is, if giving from our loyal partners remains at current levels, we should still be able to comfortably expand our outreach in 2021.
I want to end by thanking all of you for your continued prayers and support. Our goal for 2021 is to continue to expand Daniel's vision and also be able to do some things stateside, expanding prayer outreach and utilizing our social platform to benefit our partners with some sermons and in depth teaching from our partners. We will update you on December's Mission Trip as we get details.
Yours in Christ,Dino CostanzoResourcing Ministry Partners

Ministry Update October 23, 2020

Partners,

We have sent money for the building of five new churches in the Kenyan Region and plan to send funding for another five when these are completed. The CEF Rally in the Samburu Region has been moved to late December. We hope to send additional funding for church builds there as well. Daniel forwarded this picture from a recent Tanzania Crusade for your viewing. We will update everyone as we receive information.

Yours in Christ,

Dino C.

Ministry Update October 15, 2020

Dear Partners,

We have received a lot of information in the last couple of weeks from Daniel and Nelly on the needs for churches in both Samburu and Maasai Lands. The church growth has been explosive and the needs are extensive. We thought about listing them in this update, but elected to post the needs and costs on our website. You can go to the home page and click on the needs link that is located there, but also in the links as well.

We have prayed and considered these matters over the last several days and the need is so great and, in our opinion, immediate that we are stepping out in Faith and planning on financing as much as we can over the next several months in 3-4 phases. The needs far exceed the funding we have available, so our plans are to be as strategic as possible.

The needs for the Children's home and Nelly's church are in the range of 130,000 and the average price to build churches in the Massai region is 7,000 dollars. The ranges in the Samburu region are around 2-4,000 a church. I don't have exact estimates on finishing the Administration Building as yet, but I feel this is a very important step as well. It would be wonderful to get the Administration Building completed as I believe this could serve the overall Missions Operation, but these are vastly large expenses, compared to the other churches.

My concern is this: As far as expansion of the Gospel to these regions is of extreme importance, the Ministry has taken on this role and appears to be taking hold. If we can't get this done in the near future, will our efforts get stymied? It is my sincere belief that our ministry has been afforded these openings by the Holy Spirit and we have to move forward with a sense of urgency, rather than slowly, trusting that the Lord will meet our needs. I am asking all of our Partners to prayerfully consider our strategic positioning and offer suggestions as well as consideration of offerings and donations to this cause.

Our first initiative will be sending out funds to build 5 churches in the Maasai region. Once these church buildings are completed, we will send funding for another 5 church buildings. Daniel gave us a list of what he feels are the most important churches to be built and it is our goal to fund these in the next 3-6 months. Funding for the first 5 will go out in October and the other 5 upon completion of the first 5.

The CEF Rally cost will be in the neighborhood of 10-12,000 dollars, we are expecting a very large turnout. Daniel will be traveling with Nelly and working with the pastors in the Samburu region. We are hoping to send several thousand dollars for unbuilt churches in the region, if everything is in position for building. All of these expenses will deplete our war chest around 125,000 dollars, leaving us with enough for general expenses for the 2021 year.

The costs for completion of all of these church buildings, children's home, and administration buildings is in the 500,000 range and this of course does not include upkeep and salaries. There is no doubt that the regional churches will have to come up with funding through their congregations to pay for administration and upkeep.

As I have brought up several times in the last few months, all of this is both overwhelming and exciting. I remember many years ago, a brother in the Lord conveying a story to me of his church praying over the offering plate to have their church needs met and while praying, literally seeing the money grow in the offering plate. He told me that he tapped a fellow church member who was in deep prayer with his eyes closed and asked him if he was seeing what he was seeing and to both of their surprise, they were both witnessing the same thing, the money multiplying in the plate. A pretty unbelievable story, but he is convinced it happened and I have no doubt it did. He was a very sincere believer. I know that the Lord can and will meet the needs of his followers, if our conviction and commitment to his cause is just.

The income generated by this ministry will always be in the Lord's hands and we are confident our needs will be met. I hope this update finds you well and we want to convey our deepest and sincere thanks for all that all of you have done to perpetuate this avenue of the Great Commission!

Until Later

Yours in Christ,

Dino Costanzo

Ministry Update October 8 2020

Dear Partners,

Here are some photos and a note from Ken, providing you with some perspective of church growth within our ministry region!
We are in the process of some strategic church builds and will be sending out a report of our next three month plan and needs. Daniel & Nelly will be traveling back to the Samburu region for a CEF Rally and, hopefully, some church building activity in Late November. Initial expectations for the Children's Evangelism Rally are BIG and we will follow with details and needs for this event as well.
I have also attached a photo of one of our latest church builds, The Hills Sheep Church, with Daniel standing out front.
Dino Costanzo

The picture give you a sense of how the Ministry is expanding. The room is full of our pastors. There are no Samburu Pastors, it is too far for them to travel. Just Maasai Land Pastors. Bishop Daniel is teaching and inspiring them to lead their churches.

Ministry Update - September 4, 2020

Dear Partners,

In the next week, Daniel and several pastors will be making a trip to many of the outlying churches of this ministry. I have included Ken Yockey's description of the trip and what will be accomplished, as well as some maps that show the itinerary. The cost of the trip is close to $10,000 USD. While that figure does include some funding for new church buildings, there is an urgent need for more funding for at least three more church buildings.

The Wadada children's home and the new Administration Building have experienced some cost overruns. We have received some additional contributions towards the overruns of both projects, but we are just now learning of the need for additional church buildings.

I want to give you a brief summary of annual expenses and financial status of the Ministry.

Our annual expenses for administration and pastor salaries comes to approximately 15,000 per month. This comes to approximately 180,000 per year. When I took over the treasury duties my Dad was in charge of, there was approximately $200,000 in our account. Our goal is to always have this amount available, as a contigency to cover a year of salaries in the event of an economic downturn or the loss of a large donor which would make an impact on giving. At the same time, when important needs or emergencies arrive, we are in a position to help fairly quickly. As of September 1, 2020, I am pleased to let you know that our account is still at the $200,000 range. We have made the decision to pay for the trip and make sure that the buildings are completed, and fund any additional church buildings that are needed.

You should also know that we are not paying any salaries or stipends for the work that is done here in the states. We only pay the barest minimum for travel expenses, when our representatives need to travel. These expenses are often picked up with a special contribution. All administrative expenses incurred on this side of the ocean have been picked up by either Boot Country/Bill Van Fleet or Costanzo Insurance. We have an accounting firm that does all of the year end things that need to be done for a 501c3 and that information is always available upon request.

I wanted to share this information so you are informed that nothing has changed in the Ministry financial situation as run by my Dad. I also wished to make you aware that church growth is going to affect costs going forward. We, of course, consider that a great thing, because it means that the efforts of our ministry are growing.I want to stress that the needs of this Ministry has always been left in the hands and guidance of the Holy Spirit. Our needs have always been met and I believe, as I am sure everyone believes, that will continue. But, as the keeper of the finances in this realm, I believe it is my responsibility to keep you abreast of what is happening. Church growth has nearly doubled in two years to what we can best estimate to now 125-150 churches throughout the Maasai Lands. This creates the need for more churches and more pastors. Evangelistic events will certainly increase. These churches are always working to sustain themselves; however, they are counting on us to be there to help support the ongoing growth and mission.

Please continue to be prayerful towards our work and ways we can reach new supporters, as well as pray our current needs will be met for new church buildings and financial needs for the Lord's workforce (pastors and administrators) in the Kenyan region.

We are going to begin adding pictures and information about each individual church in the coming days to our website, resourcingministrypartners.org. We have information on thirty right now and are working on setting up ways to get pictures and information on the others. I talked to Daniel this past week and we are working on this. It is very difficult, because of the time constraints on Daniel and communication channels without the presence of American citizens in the areas of our churches, but we are striving to figure this out. Trust me when I say it is difficult to communicate with a different culture, but such a blessing and miracle to see how God makes the important things, spreading the knowledge of Jesus and the Gospel take hold.

Yours in Christ,Dino Costanzo
From Ken:

More about the upcoming trip to Samburu Land. I have asked for additional information, the request for funds is $9,600 USA money. The trip will be 7 days in duration, starting September 7, 2020. It takes 11 hours plus to go from Ngong to Maralal in Samburu land. Using the maps provided Ngong is just south of Nairobi. They will meet the Land Rovers at Reverend Nelly’s home in Ngong to reduce transportation cost. Not sure how many of our pastors are make the trip. That information will be forthcoming. They will travel to Maralal in Samburu land the first day. Meeting up with the Samburu Pastors in Maralal, adding a second land rover, they will need a company of the Samburu Maasai with them for safe passage through this land. Most of this area is not Christian yet, it is off limits to many outsiders. They will travel to Wamba, visit all of the Wamba churches and church plants established by Faith Chuurch Kenya. Encourage the pastors and members. Stay the night in Wamba. Once the mission is complete in Wamba, they will travel north to Marsabit Kenya. A very long ride on difficult roads. There are plans to hold services in Marsabit, more to come on the ministry plan. Then return back to Ngong and then to Ibissell.

I have provided three maps that high light the trip routes. Maralal is the only major population center in Samburu Land. The rest is pure wilderness. Map 1 shows the distance from Ibissell to Maralal. Ibissell is the ministry headquarters for Faith Church Kenya. Baringo is in the hex box, it is No Man’s Land, one of the most dangerous places in Kenya. Full of bandits and terrorist. The Samburu Pastors are some of the only Christian witness that will go into this area and Minister. Prayer focus!

Map 2 High lights the areas being focused on during this trip. The trip focus in on Wamba region of Samburu Land, then to Marsabit to the north. The Trukana tribe is showed to left. They are a ministry focus as well. Four tribes are the focus of this outreach, Samburu Maasai, Pokot Tribe, Trukana Tribe, and Rendille Tribe.

Map 3 shows the distance from Maralal to Wamba, Wamba does not show up on many maps. It is very remote, they will experience very difficult travel to reach there. The Samburu Highlands are shown on this map. They are very high in altitude, similar to Denver in the USA. I had trouble breathing on the top during my 2019 visit. A very beautiful place! There are many Samburu Faith Churches located on top of the Highlands.

More to come!

Ken

This is the follow up update since I sent this email:

There will be 7 pastors including Bishop Daniel and Rev. Nelly going from Maasai Land. They leave on September 14. Once in Maralal, they will add another Land Rover, and 4 Samburu Pastors. In Wamba they will add 2 more pastors, a total of 13 will travel to Marsabit. A Faith Church plant has been established in Marsabit, the tribes that are the focus of the ministry outreach are all nomadic, the names of all the different tribes being ministered too, Rendille, Borana, Gabra, Burnji, Sakuye, Somalia, Elmoto, Dasanach, Wata, and Garre. As you can see Daniel has set his sights on bringing the gospel to all of these nomadic tribes. Some of these tribes are from Ethiopia, which boarders this area to the north. Please be in prayer for this trip, the outreach, this is a very strategic trip.

The funds that are budgeted for the church building are for a church that is under construction in Wamba. It is not complete. They hope to add the additional funds to get this church completed.I was not clear on whether they are also using some of the funds to build a permanent church in Marsabit. I also found out we have another school, it is in Wamba. I know about the one in Pokot land but not in Wamba land.Sorry I have to dig to get this information. However it is very important that the donors know the total breath of this ministry.More to come I am sure!

ThanksKen

Ministry Update - September 3, 2020

Dear Partners,

I will be sending out another update later today or tomorrow about the ongoing projects in Kenya.

I would like to share our recent event that we had in honor of my Dad, Dominic Costanzo:

Dominic was an avid shotgun enthusiast and was considered one of the best Veteran Shooters ( 70 and over in Ohio ). He was a 10 time All Ohio Team Member of the National Skeet Shooting Association (NSSA). In his honor, we held the First Annual Dominic Costanzo Memorial Sporting Clays Tournament on August 14, 2020, benefiting Resourcing Ministry Partners.

The event was attended by 35 shooters representing some of Cincinnati's finest shooters. There were 9 teams participating, shooting 100 clay targets over a one mile course with 19 different stations. The shoot was followed by a luncheon and raffle. We were able to raise $12,150 dollars for the ministry. We would like to thank all of the participants, team sponsors, lunch sponsors, and corporate sponsors that made this event a success for the ministry fundraising efforts.

High Overall Honors went to Dominic (Nic) Costanzo, Dominic's namesake and grandson with a score of 97. It was very special that Nic was blessed by the Lord with a steady eye as I am sure my Dad would be glowing.

The first place team consisted of Nic Costanzo, Keith and Kurt Hefner, Alan Leonard, and Jay Taylor with a combined score of 376.

The runner up team consisted of Joe Witschger, Mike Fredricks, Tom Magie, and Carl Young with combined score of 329.

The Lewis class winners which is the team with the highest of the overall average scores, best of the rest was:

Doug Auxier, Gest Hodge, John Landweier, and Marty McTie, with a score of 285.

The Lewis class HOA honors went to Eric Maloney with a score of 80.

Partners who did not shoot, but attended the luncheon, were Bill Van Fleet and John Durham.

Everyone had a wonderful time, celebrating Dominic's life and we were thankful for all who attended and made this a successful event for our ongoing efforts in the ministry.

Yours in Christ,

Dino Costanzo

Ministry Update - August 27, 2020

Dear Partners,

This is a mid-year update to bring you up to date on our mission work in Kenya.

Since January, the outreach of Daniel's travels through the Maasai culture have brought the current count of Churches under the Faith Church Africa Banner to at least 123. I say that, as there are a couple of opportunities in the works as I write this that may added before long. Unfortunately we are hesitant, for many reasons, to share in great detail how this growth has been happening. The truth is, few of us, including me, know any actual details about evangelism efforts and how they are actually proceeding. We will suffice it to say that Daniel has figured out ways, with the modern tools at his disposal and a great networking system amongst the churches, to combat the logistical nightmares that this pandemic has caused in his geographic area. In other words, the church activities in which we, as partners, have invested, are proceeding beyond any expectations we could have. Ken is very satisfied from all of the reports he has been receiving.

Ken has also informed me that the Wadada Home Project is 85% complete! The only overages in expense have been caused by the mark up of construction materials, due to the pandemic. Any of you that have been doing any home projects have more than likely noticed the upcharge in building material. Ken is confident the overrun should be just a few thousand USD, but will share more as the project nears completion. You will want to pray that the Lord helps us with any shortfalls that occur. We will reach out when we have actual expensive overrun numbers.

Ken keeps us informed when he has shareable information. He has been in weekly contact with Nelly and Daniel.

We have a presence on Facebook and a website, both are coming along slowly. We have a trove of pictures and information on our churches in Kenya, but these were last updated in 2017. Most information is up to date, but we have not uploaded all information yet. We had plans of getting together with Steve, but this has been slowed down. We did not want to rush his recovery and inundate him before he was back to 100%. But we encourage you to go to both sites, as we do add information and there is always a little more to look at and read. We have added a biography on Dominic. Just go to the leadership page on the website and click on his name, it is an informative and enjoyable read. We have also added some pictures from the recent fundraising sporting clays shoot. Just click on that link as well.

We will be adding links to the sites that are coming out of Kenya as well and we will be adding more and more pictures, videos, and information coming out of Kenya as this pandemic winds down. Our goal is to bring the ministry activities closer to you and others that may just find us.

Ultimately we rely on our partners who have been moved by the Holy Spirit to participate in this calling. This is all of you that have been with us through the years. We hope and pray to continue in this very important mission, bringing everyone we can to the Saving Grace of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Your contributions to this cause is a wonderful work and something that should make you feel both humbled and honored. I remember the first time I met Daniel in 2000 and am still amazed how far and how many have been brought into the kingdom since then. It still feels like the beginning, just a little more complicated and consuming, but in a very comforting and blessed way.

Bill, Ken and I are available to talk with anyone that has concerns or questions. We are also available to meet with Churches or small groups, etc., that may be interested in hearing about this Ministry.

We will continue to update as we can. Please remember there have been circumstances beyond our control impeding our ability share as often as we would like. But also be assured that this outreach is coming along way better than we could even expect this year of 2020. God has this, and knows all of our concerns and commitments and is not failing in any way. Ken shared with me that he still is so amazed at Daniel's Drive to reach lost souls.

We are so blessed and honored to call you all Partners in this Ministry.

Yours in Christ and the Great Commission!

Dino Costanzo

Ministry Update - August 21, 2020

Dear Partners,

This year 2020 will most likely be a year that is remembered as one of the most bizarre in secular culture, but quite honestly from a spiritual perspective as well. I know of many Christian Brothers and Sisters that have been spiritually and physically afflicted by the fiery darts of the evil one and none of this related to Covid-19.

The political cycle of the US has also become one of great spiritual importance, it seems of this 2020 as well. Regardless of what your political views are, from a Christian perspective on the signs of the times, the end result of this year's election, seems to be pointing to the beginning of sorrows or maybe even a bit further into the prophetic clock.

There are some that believe a Democratic victory will help to usher in the one world system and one would have to virtually agree with that truth. The way that Christians and the church are being attacked at some levels is quite alarming. The way false religion and superstitions are being brought back into the public eye and the constant pushing of God and the Bible out of our culture is kind of obvious, as is the push to erode our freedoms in Christ. On the other hand, there are those who believe a Republican victory will usher in a great prosperity such as the world has never seen. This coincides with Revelation, chapters 16-18. We have seen this administration stand by Israel, like no other in recent memory. We recognized Jerusalem as the proper capital. This, in and of itself, has huge significance in our Lord's eye. We have seen some great strides in our country to protect Christians worldwide, as well as rid our country of crimes against humanity by working very hard at pro-life protection and prosecuting people involved in child trafficking. These are also seen as signs of one more great revival to once and for all bring the church to its fullness and evangelize the entire world.

So it seems we are living in very exciting times if you are a Christian and very scary times if you are not.

I can't recall how many updates that my Dad sent out annually. Some have said it was weekly, some say daily and weekly. I don't remember them being weekly, but regardless, I want to get the partners on the same page.

Every time we get information sent to us from Kenya, we relay it to you within 48 hours. Because of the circumstances of this year 2020, I did not expect communication to be free flowing and of course it has not been. To recap what we have gone through this year: Dominic was called home, Covid 19 pandemic, my house is struck by a tornado, causing $40,000 in damage, several illnesses and homegoings of Partners, Steve's health incident. As you can see, not a normal year.

Prior to my Dad being called home, a group of my friends won a charity golf outing and the winner was given a sizable donation to make to the 501(3)c non profit of their choice and my friends chose Resourcing Ministry Partners. But because we had little social media presence the organizers of the outing were hesitant to give our Ministry the donation. Now I know the Lord is in control, and we were able to eventually obtain the donation, but I approached my Dad with the possibility that perhaps the Lord was using this as a prodding to use these resources to help communicate this Ministry to a larger audience or at least make the updates to partners more accessible. He was very open to the suggestion.

My intentions for 2020 were to transition our family insurance agency to my son and devote time to building this platform for the Ministry, concentrating on a web site, other social media, and even expansion of blogs, sermon series, and other forms of ministry opportunities offered by the pastors involved both here and Kenya. As you are all well aware, the way I would have to go about this, drastically changed on January 4th and beyond.

So to give you the state of where I am at today. I have almost concluded the full transition of the insurance agency. That will be done by September 1, 2020. I have finished settling my Dad's estate, which took a lot longer, because of the pandemic. My house has been fixed, Tornado 4/8/20- work completed 7/23/20

My goal and intentions, as the Lord leads, is to devote the majority of my time to this ministry. I do still have some commitment to the family business, and the Milford Gun Club, which was my Dad's other passion. But my vision, which I believe is God's plan for me is this ministry.

In the next couple of days, I will follow this letter with Part 2, which will give you an overview on what has been going on with RMP in 2020.

We have kept you in the loop with the updates we have sent, but will put it all in one letter, so you can review and give you what other details we have and what is planned for the rest of this year.

Yours in Christ

Dino Costanzo

Ministry Update - July 23, 2020

Dear Partners,

Just to update you on current RMP activities.

Daniel has purchased some motorcycles, began construction on several new church buildings and continues construction on the administration building. We have made several distributions for the construction of the Wadada children's home as well. Please check out the photos on our website, in the "Projects" section.

We are holding the Dominic Costanzo Memorial Sporting Clays shoot at Sycamore Sporting Clays facility in Miamiville on Friday August 14. For any partners that are interested in attending this event to shoot or just for lunch or even just to spectate, feel free to reach out to Dino Costanzo 513-608-2656 for details. All proceeds will benefit the Ministry..

Jacqui and I have been extremely busy with our insurance business over the last month as we continue to transition the agency to Dominic's grandson, Dominic W (Nic). As we wind this down over the next couple of months, we plan to dedicate more time on the social media aspect of the ministry and continue to build our web presence.

Our goal as it has always been is to press on reaching the unsaved in the African regions and anywhere the Lord will lead this ministry in the uncertain times ahead. We are so thankful for your continued prayers and financial contributions.

In Christ,

Dino Costanzo

PRAYER REQUEST FOR JEMIMAH OSOI

Dear Partners,

Bill has spoken to Daniel and prayers are needed for Jemimah, Daniel and their family.

Daniel has taken Jemimah to the local hospital as she has fallen ill. She is currently being tested for COVID-19. The physicians are not certain if it is indeed the virus or if she has contracted pneumonia, or if it is something else entirely.

Please pray for insight for the physicians, healing for Jemimah and strength for the entire Osoi family.

JEMIMAH OSOI UPDATE AND MILFORD GUN CLUB MEMORIAL SHOOT - JU

Dear Partners,
I talked to Bill Van Fleet last evening and Daniel informed him that Jemimah was doing OK the last he was able to talk to her before she was quarantined during her hospital stay. They are not sure she actually has Covid-19, but Kenya is operating under very strict guidelines and hospitals receive bonus money for quarantines, so as frustrated as Daniel has been, he seems optimistic that everything will be OK. Please continue your prayers as precautionary.
Note from Daniel: Hello brothers hope this finds all of you okay my wife got sick and she’s admitted at Agha kan university hospital so far am waiting for the results today they are checking for COVID-19 please pray I don’t believe she has contracted COVID-19 she is in Nairobi capitalIn Christ

The Milford Gun Club held the first annual Dominic Costanzo Memorial Shoot, benefiting Resourcing Ministry Partners on Friday, June 12. There were 21 shooters entered and with Corporate and Individual donations, over $6,000USD was raised for the Ministry! The winners of the events included Alan Leonard, Jay Taylor, and Dominic (Nic) Costanzo (Dominic's Grandson). We are very thankful for the generosity of those that participated in this celebration.

Ministry Update - June 10, 2020

Dear Partners, We are continually working on our website (www.resourcingministrypartners.org) and we hope to share a lot of information for you. We have been going through a treasure trove of information, videos, and photos collected and put together by Bill, Ken and Steve. Although most of the information is a little dated, coming from 2012-2017, it is mostly correct. And while we have a lot of information, there is still quite a bit missing, as Daniel has added so many new Churches in the last 21/2 years. We don't have recent photos of the pastors, churches, and their families compiled yet, but we will add them as we receive them. We are working with our frontline partners in Kenya to update as much as we can and, of course, when the next mission trip happens in the near future, we will collect more updated information, video and photos. Our goal in all of this is to help bring your efforts a little closer to home since the vast majority of us will never have the opportunity to travel to Kenya. At the same time, we want to be clear that our main focus is to win the indigenous tribes or, for that matter, ANYONE to Christ through this ministry. Our hope is that a social media presence can help serve that positive purpose going forward. Daniel's work in establishing churches continues,

Work towards the Wadada home and administration building is picking up pace, in spite of the Covid-19 lockdown in Kenya. Charitable Giving to the Ministry also continues at 2019 levels. This is a blessing, considering all of the circumstances that the Devil has thrown at us, and the World, in this current year, coupled with the homegoing of our brother (and my Dad), Dominic. 2020 is shaping up to be a year like no other.

Milford Gun Club is holding its benefit for the Ministry and a celebration of Dominic's life this Friday, June 12. The event is expected to raise several thousand dollars for the ministry. We are thankful for the support that all of you have shown for this cause over the past 20 years and it should bring comfort and joy to you that the Lord has blessed your support with untold numbers of new followers of our Lord Jesus. The Great Commission continues and we continue to press forward through the Church Age and time of the Gentiles, which does seem to be drawing ever nearer it conclusion.

Maranatha

Yours, in Christ

Dino C

Ministry Update - May 28, 2020

Dear Partners,

Following is an update on our ongoing ministry activities.
We have transferred funds for the building activities of Wadada and the administration building for Faith Africa. As you may know, building erection in Kenya is a process, very different from here in the USA but we feel very good about the current progress.
Daniel's evangelism efforts now put us at around 110-115 churches, we will be offering more definitive numbers on current pastor numbers, attendance and other details in coming weeks. Under the circumstances, we are very pleased that the Lord continues to bless and increase this outreach.
There has been some stresses with our Children outreach, but we have been able to cover these extra expenses. The lockdown in Kenya over the Covid-19 crisis has caused this, but we are hopeful that as lockdowns ease, we will have less issues.
Jacqui Young, my executive assistant in my family's insurance company has been working two days a week on the Ministry efforts. We have been working on various projects, such as a management system for the ministry and a website. We are also working on two benefit skeet shooting and sporting clay shoots in conjunction with many of Dominic's shooting friends that will be held in his honor on June 12th and August 14th and proceeds will benefit RMP. These will become annual fundraisers for the Ministry. All of this activity and the financial resources are being picked up by my families trust and insurance company, so we are being able to do this at no expense to the ministry. We are being able to spend about 12 hours a week on the administration of all of this, we hope to be able to spend more time as we head into the future, so bear with us as this has been a time consuming and slow process, but we are moving forward.

The link to the website is www.resourcingministrypartners.org. Please check it out at your leisure. We are still in the very early stages, but you can get an idea of what we have been doing and our goal is to continue to add so much more information as time allows us. We also have a Facebook page, Resourcing Ministry Partners, Inc, as well as a twitter account and an Instagram account. We are working on all of these channels to help keep us relevant and reachable through all forms of Social Media.
Also, please remember we have a new mailing address for all correspondence, donations, etc.:Resourcing Ministry Partners800 Compton RD Unit 33Cincinnati, OH 45231

Finally, I would ask that you continue to pray for the ministry and our leaders, Ken and Bill and myself. Bill has had some health issues and interesting business challenges with the Covid-19 shutdown, but I am happy to report that he is doing extremely well lately on both fronts as the Lord continues to bless and keep him actively involved in this important calling. When I took over my father's role, Ken warned me that I would most likely encounter an onslaught of spiritual warfare and he appears to have been correct. I have had a tornado strike my house and continue to have water and roof problems at my two properties, which takes a lot of hours away from work and the ministry. But it appears the Lord has intervened for me and both issues seem to be coming to a blessed resolution, as I finally have contractors on both sites and things look promising.
I have also been dealing with chronic UTI infections, apparently caused by kidney stones. I had a CT scan and blood work done in October this past year which led to the diagnosis of kidney stones. I don't experience much pain, but every time I travel to my property in the Florida panhandle, The long drive seems to bring on a flare up of the UTI infection. It occurred again on my recent trip to deal with roof issues. It appears I was dehydrated, forgetting to stay as hydrated as possible, which in turn causes urinary issues. Pray that the Lord helps to remind me to hydrate, as well as heal me from this issue going forward. I know that those of you who are older also experience your own issues and it is my prayer that we are all lifted up to the healing from our wonderful Father and Savior.
We have also lost several supporters and friends of the ministry this past year, which hurts us emotionally and spiritually, but we can take heart, because ultimately, we are not of this world, but citizens of a much better abode, where our loved ones and friends now reside, and brothers and sisters, we must not ever lose sight of this. Christ died for us and our Father is preparing our eternal place daily, what a great and comforting thought to dwell on.
Yours in Christ,Dino Costanzo.
